AIRights.agency was founded by a unique combination of expertise: a futurist and author who understands where technology is heading, an agent who knows how to negotiate for authors, and a publicist and marketer who understands creator needs from the inside.
We recognize that AI companies need quality training data, and authors need someone to ensure they will be treated fairly in this new landscape. Traditional publishing infrastructure isn’t equipped to handle AI rights—no one knows exactly what they are worth, how to negotiate them, or even what questions to ask.
That’s where AIRights comes in. We’re building the bridge between two worlds that don’t yet speak the same language.
Our mission is to protect, clarify, and unlock the artificial intelligence rights of literary creators. We help authors, agents, and publishers navigate an emerging rights landscape with confidence—ensuring fair treatment, informed negotiation, and sustainable long-term value as AI reshapes how stories are used, learned from, and monetized.
We envision a future where creators are active participants—not passive inputs—in the AI economy. A future where literary work is respected as intellectual property, where technology and creativity evolve together, and where transparent, ethical frameworks allow innovation to flourish without exploiting the voices that power it.

Our values shape how we show up for creators and partners in an uncertain, rapidly evolving landscape. We believe that protecting literary work in the age of AI requires both principled thinking and practical action. Everything we do is grounded in respect for creators, informed by real-world expertise, and guided by a commitment to fairness, clarity, and long-term sustainability.
Creator-first advocacy — Authors’ rights, consent, and long-term interests guide every recommendation and negotiation.
Clarity over complexity — We demystify AI, contracts, and value so our partners can make informed decisions.
Fairness by design — Ethical AI begins with equitable treatment of the people whose work trains it.
Future-facing thinking — We anticipate what’s coming next, not just what exists today.
Practical expertise — Strategy grounded in real publishing, negotiation, and creator economics.
Trust and transparency — No hype, no fear-mongering—just honest guidance in a fast-changing landscape.
